Since its start in 1979, AVS Catering and Banquet Centre has strived to be the

in the Triad!
Our staff is professionally trained in the Serv-Safe Standards (by the National
Restaurant Association) in food preparation, service, and presentation. We are
one of a few caterers in the Triad area that is fully regulated by the Federal
(USDA), State (NCDA) and the Randolph County Health Dept. You can rest
assured that all of our delicious cuisine is of the highest quality and taste.
Our beautifully appointed and up to date facility has 7,200 square feet of meeting
and entertaining space that is dividable into 3 rooms. We can accommodate
up to 500 guests. Or if you prefer, we can give you the same professional
attention and service at a site of your choosing for any number of guests!
